Patricia Reyes retraces the beautiful moment of touch when she teams up with stylist Maria Barsoum for F Word’s latest fashion editorial. Titled ‘I miss everything about your touch’, the editorial strikes at our hearts in its warm depiction of physical embrace, a feeling that has surely been resonating with us for the past year. Looking at the models Agens L and Andrea Ö at Stockholmsgruppen Models locked in an eternal touch, I am reminded of Emily Dickinson’s line ‘He touched me, so I live to know’, where the poet similarly ruminates about the potentiality of touch and the longing for someone or something that might slip away any second, and also the great extent a touch might invoke in someone’s being.
