Making another considerable mark in the world of fashion, iconic luxury vodka label CÎROC has teamed up with the one and only Andreas Kronthaler at Vivienne Westwood to launch an exclusive limited-edition bottle personalized by INKD. The exclusive bottle was launched at Kronthaler x Vivienne Westwood's after-party following Andreas' show in the Fashion Capital on Monday 30th and celebrated the launch of the Fashion House's Spring/Summer 2020 collection.
Both Ciroc and Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood, are household names that have become iconic and recognizable throughout the world of fashion, art, and music for their outlandish creations. Ciroc has mastered the art of creating boldly and boundlessly while infusing their very own signature of excellence and elegance to the brands they partner with. And this time it could not be any different, Ciroc Vodka and its partner INKD produced a collectible personalized bottle featuring Vivienne Westwood graphics inked directly onto the glass of the CÎROC bottle making it unique while cementing yet another collaboration between the two legendary brands.
In collaboration with Westwood’s Creative Director, Andreas Kronthaler, the artwork features an original Vivienne Westwood 1970’s hot red ‘Let It Rock!’ which became an iconic statement and is seen emblazoned across the middle of the bottle as if drawn in lipstick. Integrated to the design is also the brand’s iconic orb logo scribbled on the neck of the bottle and stamped at the bottom; a love heart and the Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood logo.
In speaking about the collaboration between the brands, Global Head of CÎROC Vodka, Natalie Wills, comments: “We’re always seeking new ways to bring innovative and exciting celebratory experiences to our fans, and our collaboration with Vivienne Westwood and INKD is going to do just that. We love to collaborate with partners with similar values and just like CÎROC, Vivienne Westwood is continually pushing and redefining the meaning of modern luxury.”
‘Let it Rock!’ became part of the Westwood identity and branding when designer Vivienne Westwood began her career as a designer back in 1971 along with her then-partner, Malcolm McLaren, when London was at the forefront of cultural trends. Westwood and McLaren used their shop at 430 Kings Road, London as the hub where all their outlandish and brilliant creations could be displayed. Westwood and McLaren became symbols of youth culture and rock n' roll. With the changes happening in London's youth culture, Westwood and McLaren brought changes to their own store at 430 Kings Road which was best known as ‘Let It Rock’ as the store was turned into to a more 1950s Rock n’ Roll vibe with records and clothing being integrated to the overall look of the store aiming to subvert the look of the time.
The 'Let It Rock' bottle is now available exclusively on www.getitinkd.com until stock lasts.
