A collaborative project by Ruben Davies (Photographer), Emilia Jablonska (Stylist), and Eva Lily (Set Designer) Ashes&Auras is a visual meditation on rebirth through ruin - a world where beauty rises from collapse, shaped by shadow and spirit. Inspired by early gothic music and icons like The Cure, the team were drawn to the emotional weight, theatricality, and outsider energy of that era.
Together, they built a fragmented world: wire-bound, stark, and suspended in tension. The styling speaks in silhouettes that feel both like relic and ritual - distressed, sculptural, and otherworldly. Each frame is a chapter in a myth where the feminine becomes elemental: part ghost, part deity, part survivor.
Rooted in the language of decay and elegance, this project explores fashion as a force of transformation - an aura that lingers long after the ashes settle.
